Get all your “daily requirements” in one great class! A balanced mix of the necessary components of a well rounded fitness program! Class will blend moderate to vigorous intervals of cardiovascular endurance (20 minute minimum), muscular strength, flexibility and balance training.  This class is designed to optimize your time and to improve your overall fitness level.

  Tuesday
 

A comprehensive strength training program for the entire body.  Every class is designed to maximize your “FULL BODY STRENGTH”.  Each class will highlight your personal strength in a new manner, utilizing all the tools available to us:  weights, medicine balls, bands, steps, bars, and the BOSU.

  Half & Half
  Perfect combination of 30 minutes of Riding and 30 minutes of Balanced Strength.

  Ride
 

"Our own Spin" on an indoor cycling program!  This is not your typical "Spinning" class, rather a guided tour to your own best abilities.  Let our instructors inspire and challenge you through a simulated bike ride that is designed to allow all participants feel strong and successful.  Our classes are designed to be mulit-level so all ages and abilities can particpate and enjoy their experience! 

Take the Long Ride for a 50 minute endurance ride followed by a long stretch.

  Fusion Strength and balance
 

Gretchen’s classic fusion offering blending a balance of methodologies.  This 90 minute class encourages you to tune out external stimuli to tune into your body and breath.  Transitioning from traditional strength movement, to yoga flow and mat based core work, we use our own body weight as a means to greater strength and heightened body awareness.  End class with long, deep stretches and restorative rest.
