"Our own Spin" on an indoor
cycling program! This is not your typical "Spinning" class,
rather a guided tour to your own best abilities. Let our instructors
inspire and challenge you through a simulated bike ride that is designed
to allow all participants feel strong and successful. Our classes are
designed to be mulit-level so all ages and abilities can particpate
and enjoy their experience!
Take the Long Ride for a 50 minute endurance ride followed by a
long stretch. |
