Every Balance client is welcomed by owner, Gretchen Driscoll. Under her guidance, clients may chose to set personal training goals that our staff will follow. Communication between client, owner and instructors is the key to your safety and goal attainment.

Our studio is devoted to the success of each client. We limit our class size in order to inspire you, challenge you, and keep you safe. We encourage you to be accountable to your goals. To do this we dedicate ourselves to challenge you and celebrate each of your “fit achievements”. This is the essence of personal training. Space devoted to you and your well-being
